Psalm 9:9-10
9 The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. 10 Those who know your name trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.
In 2004, I participated in a study abroad program that motivated me to live out what I already believed through action. The program motto was, “In doing, we learn.” I firmly believe this and hope that you will be encouraged to serve others to your maximum, and in doing so, you will learn.
Every day, I learn of new organizations that are seeking justice in their communities and beyond – serving the world, not for profit, but because it’s the right thing to do. Occasionally, I blog about them. As I do, I post the organization link here.
